If you breach these Guidelines or our Terms of Use, we may apply restrictions to your Account such as restrictions on your account, temporary or permanent bans, and even reports to authorities if necessary. The nature, frequency and impact of the breach will determine the severity of these restrictions.
We have a stringent safety and monitoring system integrated into our Games to promote civility and ensure the safety of our Users. These systems are designed to enforce our policies, protect Users’ personal information, and abide by local laws. We leverage moderators and automated systems to proactively identify behaviors that may violate our policies.
When experiences are published or updated on our Games, they are evaluated by a profanity filter that identifies problematic language, and content that falls outside our policies.
A human review team evaluates flagged experiences. Our Safety team strives to take swift action to address any content or behaviour that violates our Terms of Use or Guidelines.
Depending on the severity of the violation, Users may have a fourteen (14) day period where they can modify the content, and no actions will be taken against it. If Users do not do this, the content will be removed. If the violation requires a ban to be placed on the account, the content will be directly removed.
For certain types of illegal content we have a two-stage warning process, before a temporary or permanent ban is implemented on the violating User. For more extreme illegal content, such as content relating to child grooming, child sexual abuse or terrorist content, we introduce an immediate permanent ban for the User when the illegal content has been located. We reserve the right to modify, alter, remove, enforce or delete any content that violates our Terms of Use, these Community Guidelines or our other Terms.

If you believe an account restriction was applied unfairly, you may appeal to our Player Services Team via support@buildarocketboy.com.
You should provide us with any additional evidence you feel is relevant in order to enable us to review the account restriction. Depending on the territory you are a resident of any appeal must be sent to Build A Rocket Boy within the following time limits following the restriction being applied to your Account:
| Regions | Length | |:--------------:|:-------------:| | European Union | 6 months | | Rest of World | 30 days |
The team will review the decision and make necessary adjustments to an account's moderation status. If the appeal is successful, the actions taken on the account will be reverted.
Final decisions made by Build A Rocket Boy do not affect statutory rights. If you live in the European Union and disagree with a content moderation decision we've made, you have additional options to resolve it. You can choose a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to help resolve the issue (the EU Commission has a list of these accredited bodies you can choose from) and you may contest our decision in court.
