BARB is looking for a Project Manager that is passionate about both gaming and the project management craft that is looking to move into the Development Manger role, to provide daily production support to our teams. You will help to create an environment that enables our teams to focus on what they are good at and support them with planning, tracking and risk assessing the development effort.

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of short-term and log-term goals of the team (s).
• Sprint Planning and Sprint Reports.
• Triage requests and bugs for teams(s)
• Identify production issues on team(s), and regularly report back to the management team.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for team (s).
• Collaborate with internal and external Quality Control teams to ensure bugs are fixed at an appropriate rate and to the correct priority

Requirements

• Project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe and Waterfall
• Effectively using Project management Tools (Jira, Confluence, MS suite and Google products)
• Handling multiple team and discipline requirements
• Scoping projects
• Assessing risks
• Encouraging creativity and collaboration
